Remodeling
REMODELING. It is a clever idea, but think of the tearing out, discarding, time, and perseverance for such a project. When compared to the cost of buying a new car or new house, remodeling may be the more economical way toward improvements. Do you believe your life is in need of remodeling?
In this New Year, survey the condition of your life. It may need remodeling. Years of guilt need to be removed. Deep seated prejudice that has fogged your mind to the truth needs to be discarded. Hindrances you have built up need to come down. The excuses and blaming you have done has only complicated matters. Satan has taken your life and turned you into a hypocrite and liar. By the way you live some people think you have a degree in atheism. It is time for you to be CONVERTED (Matthew 18:3).
Ephesians 4:17-24 discusses the need for changing from the “old man” into the “new man”. The apostle Paul used the Gentiles as a demonstration of how some live their life today. These people walked “in the vanity of their mind, being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their heart; who being past feeling gave themselves up to lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness” (v.17-19). Can a person like that, like you maybe, be converted?
